When it comes to retail therapy, nothing can stop Jennifer Love Hewitt from getting out there and spending up her hard-earned cash.

And yesterday (September 17), the “Ghost Whisperer” actress was spotted out and about in Hollywood with a gal pal doing some serious shopping.

J. Love didn’t even seem to mind the fact that her right arm was injured and in a sling- she just carried her shopping bags in her left hand!

And of course, Miss Hewitt was looking cute and casual, sporting a black button-up shirt teamed with a pair of jeans and sandals.
