Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony Tour, Help Charity

More details have been released regarding the sure-to-be massive Jennifer Lopez/Marc Anthony tour this fall. Latino music’s first couple will be hitting the road starting September 29th in Atlantic City.

With three years of marriage under their belts, it will be interesting to see how touring together for the first time will bring them even closer together. It has been reported that J Lo and Marc will perform together, and separately in both English and Spanish.

Marc’s thrilled about getting to show his wife the joys of the road. “Jennifer has never toured,” he said. “I’ve toured all my life. This is where I can step in and say, ‘Oh my god, this could be fun.’”

In addition, they’ll be supporting a children’s charity as they tour. A portion of ticket sales will go to further efforts to reduce childhood obesity in Latino schools. “We need to be active in encouraging healthy eating and the joys and fun of exercising,” said J Lo. Marc added, “Preventing childhood obesity during the school years is critical, and nowhere more so than in the Latin community.”
