Jennifer Garner's Post-Baby Slimdown

Making a rare post-baby appearance, Jennifer Garner was spotted taking her daughter Violet to school earlier today (January 20) in Santa Monica, California.

The “Catch and Release” babe could barely contain her three-year-old’s excitement as she couldn’t wait to get to her classroom. And she looks to have already lost a lot of her baby weight, keeping it casual in a baggy brown cardigan with jeans and sneakers.

And while Jen is home taking care of the kids (including newborn Seraphina Rose), her husband Ben Affleck is in Washington DC for the Presidential Inaugural festivities.

When asked what he’s hoping to see in the Obama administration, Affleck commented, "I'm hoping he'll pay a good amount of attention to Africa. I'm very optimistic that it'll be a higher priority than it was in the Bush administration."
