Jennifer Garner Had To Visit The Hospital… Twice
There’s no doubt that filming movies can be grueling work. All too often, celebrities over-extend themselves for a film, and the consequences can be severe. Jennifer Garner knows this first-hand, as she was hospitalized twice while filming “The Kingdom.”
The Arizona desert was the scene for the Alias star’s health complications. During the filming last year, temperatures rose to 140 degrees, and that made things tough for the new mother.
She told press, “I succumbed to the heat a couple times. I was still breast feeding my baby and everything your body needs, all the electrolytes goes to the baby, and so my system was all screwed up and I had heat stroke. And that happened to me twice. They gave me an I.V. and filled me back up and sent me back out!”
“The Kingdom” also stars Jamie Foxx, Chris Cooper, and Jason Bateman. Be sure to check out all of Jennifer’s hard work when it opens September 28th.
