Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck: Movin’ On Up

With success both on Broadway and the big screen, Jennifer Garner is sitting pretty financially - and looks to be spending some of her hard earned cash.

The Juno actress and hubby Ben Affleck were spotted out house shopping on Tuesday afternoon, and the estate they looked at was well-suited for Hollywood royalty.

According to an insider, “The couple visited a mansion in Bel Air that is being sold for $ 22.5 million.”

After checking out the property, Garner and Affleck parted ways , with Jen venturing off to the Buffalo Club in Santa Monica and Ben doing whatever it is that he does these days.
