Jay-Z’s Persuasive Powers Over Rihanna

Some people can just walk into a room, snap their fingers, and get whatever they want. And it looks like rap mogul Jay-Z is one of those people.

Apparently, when Jay found out how talented singer Rihanna was, he had to have her. In his initial talks with the Umbrella songstress, he practically threatened to throw her out of a window if she didn’t sign with him.

And Rihanna was pleasantly surprised. She told press, “The audition definitely went well. They (Def Jam) locked me into the office - till 3am. And Jay Z said, ‘There’s only two ways out. Out the door after you sign this deal. Or through this window...’ and we were on the 29th floor. Very flattering”.

With his eye for talent, and mind for business, it’s no wonder that Jay-Z is on top of the music game. The only question is, can he make it last?
