Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri: United Front
They’ve definitely been in the questionable category as of late, but Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri have declared their solidarity in romance.
The “Rhythm Nation” songstress and her producer/rapper beau confirmed that they’re still going strong, despite rumors to the contrary.
When Dupri didn’t show up at Michael Jackson’s funeral, it appeared that he and Janet were on the outs. But a source told press, “They never really broke up. Jermaine wanted to give her some space when Michael died.”
In fact, things are going so well for the couple that there are actually wedding rumors floating around the gossip mill. Jermaine told press, “They’ve been saying that for years and you don’t see a ring on my finger. I guess it just sounds good to have that rumor this time of the year or something.”
