Indiana Jones Takes Over Cannes

Grabbing the Cannes spotlight on what was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, the stars on the new Indiana Jones movie were on hand for their movie’s photocall earlier today.

Among those greeting press and fans while posing on the film festival’s stage were Cate Blanchett, Harrison Ford, Shia LaBeouf and director Steven Spielberg.

In the film, “Famed archaeologist/adventurer Dr. Henry ‘Indiana’ Jones is called back into action when he becomes entangled in a Soviet plot to uncover the secret behind mysterious artifacts known as the Crystal Skulls.”

Sure to be box-office gold, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” races its way into theaters on May 22, 2008.
