Hugh Jackman: “X-Men” Man
Looking his ever-so-handsome self, Hugh Jackman was all smiles at the industry screening of “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (April 28).
The Aussie hunk has been a busy man as of late, recently traveling the world while promoting his soon-to-be-released comic book flick.
Meanwhile, one stop Hugh wasn’t able to work out was Mexico – as his trip was cancelled as a result of the swine flu woes.
At the X-Men-Origins: Wolverine premiere in Tempe, Arizona on Monday, Jackman told press: “It’s very tragic what’s going on down there.I’m worried for them. The government and local officials closed [the premiere down]
because they’re obviously closing theaters.”
Slowly spreading to the U.S., the swine flu has killed more than 150 people. Jackman, though, still insists that he will return to Mexico when conditions are right.
“As soon as they open it up and as soon as it’s safe for people to go out and see movies again, we’ll go back down there,” he said.
