Hilary Duff Teams Up with Penn Badgley

Continuing to film scenes for her string of guest appearances on the upcoming season of “Gossip Girl,” Hilary Duff was spotted on the New York City set yesterday (August 4).

The “So Yesterday” songstress looked fit and fine in a white top with white belted jeans and black peep-toe ankle boots as she chatted up costar Penn Badgley.

During the course of her stay on the hit CW show, Hilary plays a movie star who enrolls at New York University in search of a normal college experience.

And in the process, she develops a keen interest in Badgley’s character Dan.  It sounds like a recipe for plenty of drama this fall.
