Hilary Duff: Happier and Healthier Than Ever

Hilary Duff stopped by PinkBerry in Studio City for a healthy snack on Friday. And even though she was dressed in simple black sweats and a black tank, she still looked radiant.

The former Disney queen seems to be doing a great job keeping up with her new healthy physique after she followed the Hollywood-shrinking trend in years past.

Speaking of years past, Duff recently interviewed with the Australian magazine Dolly, revisiting some ancient history with Lindsay Lohan and her first love Joel Madden.

“Lindsay Lohan and I fell out when we were 13 and didn’t like each other, because we were dating the same guy — pop star Aaron Carter,” Duff recalled.

“I was seeing him, then she dated him and then we got back together and he was seeing us at the same time. How was I supposed to know he was dating her too?”

But since that time, things have been patched up, with Hilary saying: “Now we are fine. We see each other, but we are into different things.”

As for her former rocker boyfriend Joel Madden, who’s now the father of a baby daughter by current flame Nicole Richie, Hilary thinks that breaking up was for the best.

“It wasn’t like there was a big blow-out fight, or one of us had cheated…He was my first love but I definitely feel happier now that we’ve broken up,” she tells.
