Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Smile for Charity

They consistently get a bad rap for always inviting publicity. But last night (September 18), Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt used their celebrity to help the less fortunate.

The peroxide pair were spotted hamming it up on the red carpet at the Beverly Hotel for the 7th Annual Operation Smile Gala.

Miss Montag looked sizzling in a black and white halter-style dress with black peep-toe heels, while Spencer kept it conservative in a black suit with matching black button-up shirt.

Earlier in the day, the “Hills” lovers treated themselves to a pampering session with a couple’s manicure/pedicure, which, as it turns out, was Spencer’s first time!
