Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt: Pumpkin Patch Pals

Now that the fall season is well-underway, our favorite stars are embracing the change of season with some autumn activities.  And from the looks of it, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt had a blast yesterday on their trip to the Pumpkin Patch.

The “Hills” co-star couple was on a mission to find some perfect pumpkins, though it seems Spencer found himself at the mercy of his girlfriend as he ended up in the stocks.

Laughing and playing all the way, the reality TV lovers looked like the picture of romantic bliss as they toted two large pumpkins each to the checkout line.

Heidi looked country chic in a plaid button-up shirt and belted jeans, while Spencer opted for an oxford shirt and some dark cargo trousers.
