Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt: Lunch and Charity

It was yet another busy day of public appearances and self-promotion for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt yesterday (July16th) with stops at a local restaurant and a charity event.

The paparazzi caught up with the peroxide pair grabbing some lunch at Restaurant Cuvee on Robertson Boulevard. Miss Montag looked cute as she posed for pics with fans, sporting a summery white/grey dress overtop a pair of leggings with gladiator sandals.

Meanwhile, Spencer looked gruff with his faux beard and a plaid button-up shirt, jeans, and what appeared to be work boots as he played his Nintendo DS.

Following their meal out, the “Hills” sweethearts changed their clothes and headed over to the Nancy Davis Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis’ Race to Erase MS at the Melrose Shopping District in Los Angeles.

Heidi looked sexy in a little black dress teamed with a pair of pink peep-toe heels, while Spencer (who told press he was “praying for Lauren Conrad since her line was dropped by Kitson” sported a blue button-up shirt and belted jeans.
