Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Get Charitable

Looking like the very picture of marital bliss, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted at the 4th annual “Road to a Cure” gala in Los Angeles, California last night (December 2).

The newlyweds arrived on the red carpet outside the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza both sporting their shiny new wedding rings as well as smiling from ear-to-ear.

The new Mrs. Spencer Pratt sported a sexy animal print halter-style dress, while Spencer went with his usual dark suit/white button-up combo.

The night was hosted by the Board of Governors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to honor media entrepreneur, television and radio host Ryan Seacrest as well as real estate investor and philanthropist John Bendheim.
