Heidi Klum’s Family Holiday Fun

Tis the season for family holiday fun. And yesterday Heidi Klum was spotted enjoying some time with her mom and kids at The Grove in Los Angeles, California.

The “Project Runway” hottie looked to be having a marvelous time with her three children Leni, Henry, and Johan with the help of her mother Erna Klum, staying late to see the Christmas Tree lighting.

In related news, a German party promoter is being sued by the Victoria’s Secret Angel for using her face on a party flyer without her permission.

Heinz F from Chemnitz reportedly used a picture of the German supermodel on a flyer advertising a dance night at a club on his website.

Klum’s father Gunther told press, “If he uses a picture of Heidi it is normal for us to send him a bill. And a warning we can’t allow just anyone to advertise with Heidi’ face who wants to! We have asked Mr. F to donate the money to the Bethanien Childrens Village in Bergisch Gladbach. If he complies with this then the issue is over.”
