Heidi and Spencer's Pumpkin Patch Lovin'

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt spent Thursday afternoon doing what they do best - posing and making out for photographers.

This time, the backdrop was their local pumpkin-patch. And in between their smooch sessions, the duo got into the Halloween spirit and picked out a big pumpkin to call their own.

Spencer found the particularly large, future jack-o-lantern, but had some difficulty getting it into the back of his little BMW.

Also, in other news on the publicity-loving couple, it was recently reported that Heidi and Spencer are planning on doing a little charity work - "helping Yum Restaurants and the The World Food Programme raise awareness and funds during World Hunger Relief Week."
