Hayden Panettiere’s Dad: Day in Court
In the latest chapter of the embarrassing Panettiere domestic violence ordeal, Hayden Panettiere’s dad Alan appeared before a judge in a Beverly Hills court earlier today (October 14).
Accompanied by his wife Lesley Vogel, Mr. Panettiere was somber, with neither of them commenting to press. Their “Heroes” actress daughter was not in attendance.
The judge ordered Alan not to “harass, strike or threaten” his wife, and set a protective order until Panettiere’s new arraignment date of December 11th. At that time, he could face a year in county jail if convicted.
Soon after the alleged domestic violence incident, Hayden spoke out to press, saying,"It was blown way out of proportion by a sheriff who wanted his 15 minutes of fame.”
