Hayden Panettiere Gets Heroes Publicity
With season number two of her hit show Heroes debuting tomorrow night, Hayden Panettiere has unintentionally been doing her best to stir up publicity.
The Claire Bennet actress, who was spotted enjoying some free time at the beach on Friday, has been in the headlines for reportedly threatening to kill a journalist at the Emmy’s over a story on her breakup with Stephen Coletti.
According to TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello, who was witness to the face-off: “It was the unbreakable Hayden Panettiere who threatened to “kill” a staffer from Us Weekly over something she wrote about her in a recent issue.”
Ausiello continued: ”Just when it looked like Hayden was about to pull a Sylar on said reporter’s skull, her quick-thinking publicist grabbed her and scolded, ‘Not on the red carpet.’ It was a classic Hollywood moment.”
Despite this, Hayden was all smiles over the weekend. And why not? NBC predicts big numbers for her show - which means Hayden can keep doing what she loves best - shop!
