Guy Ritchie: Flying Solo

While his soon-to-be-ex-wife Madonna was over in New York City with their kids, Guy Ritchie was spotted last night in Liverpool grabbing some dinner.

The “RocknRolla” director looked content and he strolled into La Vina all by his lonesome, sporting a newsboy cap with a button-up shirt, wool jacket, and dark trousers.

As his “quickie divorce” continues on (he and Madonna will be officially divorced in six weeks), Guy has been letting his work distract him by continually working on his new film “Sherlock Holmes” with Robert Downey, Jr., Jude Law, and Rachel McAdams.

Set for a November 20th, 2009 release, “Sherlock Holmes” is about “Detective Sherlock Holmes (Downey Jr.) and his stalwart partner Watson (Law) who engage in a battle of wits and brawn with a nemesis whose plot is a threat to all of England.”
