“Gossip Girl” Gals: Hard at Work
The “Gossip Girl” gals were out in full force on Friday afternoon (October 10), filming a new episode of their hit CW drama in the Upper East Side of New York City.
Always stylish, Leighton Meester teamed up with Taylor Momsen to shoot a few scenes, while co-star Blake Lively was also spotted roaming around the set.
Meanwhile, it sounds as if the cast of “Gossip Girl” is going to be getting a few additions - with three new characters slated to be involved in multi-episode roles.
Reports tell that “Wallace Shawn has been cast as Cyrus Rose, father of Serena’s upcoming love interest Aaron Rose (John Patrick Amedori).”
The other new additions are Wade Allain-Marcus, who will play a photographer named Max, and Stella Maeve, who will star as Emma, the teen daughter of a Yale University alumni who Blair gets to babysit.
