Stepping out for an afternoon outing, Gisele Bundchen was spotted making her way around Boston, Mass. on Thursday (September 24).

Wearing a loose fitting maternity dress, the sexy supermodel has been situated on the east coast as her hubby, Tom Brady, continues his career with the New England Patriots.

Meanwhile, Gisele and Tom are facing legal woes, as two photographers have filed a complaint in Manhattan Federal Court accusing the couple of assault and battery five months after being the victims of gunfire at the couple’s second wedding ceremony.

Seeking $1,000,000 in damages, the pair’s lawyer tells, “Bodyguards are not supposed to be pulling out guns and firing at photographers. That’s a no-no. It just shows terrible lack of training and supervision.”
