Girls Next Door Host Casting Call

They’re some of the most recognizable ladies in the entertainment industry, and yesterday Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt were spotted at Playboy’s 55th Anniversary casting call.

The “Girls Next Door” hotties were looking their best, as always, with Holly sporting a red button-up shirt, pink short shorts and a pair of white heels, while Bridget rocked a beautiful short blue dress teamed with white pumps.

As for the drama generated by Holly’s control freak tendencies, Hugh Hefner says there’s a simple explanation. “Girls will be girls, and there are moments where they will disagree. The amazing thing, quite frankly, is that we’re all together after six years.”

Hef also told the interviewer that he’s proud of his empire, despite the fact that his entire family forbade him to pursue his career. “I’ve pursued my own personal dreams from the very beginning. I’m a romantic and always have been that way. I dreamed impossible dreams when I was a kid. I was raised in a very typical Midwestern Methodist home with a lot of repression. There weren’t a lot of hugs and kisses in my home, and I charted my own course.”
