George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis: Venice Lovers

The Venice Film Festival is one of the premiere industry events in the world, and yesterday George Clooney and his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis were spotted making their arrival.

The “Ocean’s Thirteen” stud and his beautiful babe enjoyed the luxury of a helicopter as they made their way to the high-profile gig, as Clooney will be promoting his new comedy “The Men Who Stare at Goats.”

In related news, it seems George wants to see his ex-girlfriend Lisa Snowdon jump out of a plane so badly that he pledged £12,000 to ensure that it happens.

Snowdon is raising money for two children’s charities by doing two skydiving jumps. And she was shocked to see what Clooney kicked in to help the cause. “Lisa had no idea how generous he would be until she logged onto her website and saw how much he put down,” said a friend.
