George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis: Laglio Lovers

Continuing their adorable courtship, George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis were spotted taking a romantic boat ride in Laglio, Italy today (August 13).

The “Oceans’s Eleven” stud and his new Italian lady looked to be having a wonderful time on their nautical date near Como, where George has a home.

In related news, it seems that the rumors of Clooney taking over the character of Jack Ryan in the upcoming Tom Clancy have turned out to be untrue.

According to producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura, “We submitted a script to Paramount recently.  It was well-received and it’s in the process.” But Clooney won’t be involved.  “Sorry George.  It’s for a young Jack Ryan. I love George, but it’s not written for a man of his age. It’s written for a guy in his early 30s.”
