Fergie Loves Jogging, American Idol
Not letting a little rain get in the way of her fitness session, Fergie was spotted out for a jog with her personal trainer in Brentwood on Monday (March 2).
Clad in brightly colored pink pants paired with a navy Puma warm-up jacket, the 33-year-old singer placed her headphones around her neck as she burnt away the calories.
Talking to WWD, the Black Eyed Peas songstress recently explained her workout preferences, telling, “I put the treadmill on 2.5 mph and at a 15 percent gradient so I’m walking uphill, and it really works the gluteus. I’ll do that for half an hour and watch an episode of ‘Friends.’ It goes by so fast and doesn’t feel like you’re really working out.”
And when she’s not getting into tip-top shape, the recently married singer confesses that she’s all about “American Idol”.
Fergie tells, “I love ‘American Idol.’ It’s one of my favorite shows, [but] it’s hard for me, being a singer, to watch these people get criticized horribly. It makes me feel bad, but I can’t stop watching.”
