Fergie Drops Her Catchphrase
Everybody is doing it these days… adding “alicious” to the end of words. And while Fergie may have started the trend, she vows to end it as well.
The 32-year-old newly engaged (to Josh Duhamel) singer made her New Year’s resolution, “just to be less Fergalicious.” And she has good reason.
The “My Humps” singer explains, “It’s kind of old now. People have said it, they’ve gone into Burgerlicious, and all these things. It’s so over, so last year. New year, new word. I’ve got to figure the new word out. But it will come, it will come.”
Perhaps her engagement announcement last week will lead Fergie to become a little “bridealicous” in 2008. She and Josh have been spotted spending the New Year’s holiday in Mexico, perhaps working out some wedding plans.
