Thursday, February 22, 2007 Federline Forces Britney Spears Back To Rehab
Britney Spears can’t seem to stay in rehab on her own, so her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is using the kids as leverage to get to pop star the help that she seems to so desperately need. As a result, Britney has returned to Promises rehabilitation center in Malibu. There is video of Spears entering the center with her mother, Lynne Spears. “Lynne is driving, she buzzes the intercom and the two drive through the gates,” reports Extra. In other developments, X17Online is reporting that Spears went to Federline’s house last night. Their two children, Jayden James, 5 months, and Sean Preston, 17 months, were inside the house and K-Fed would not let Britney inside. "Spears then turned on the camera men outside the home flailing her arms and hitting the cameras,” sources stated. Attorneys for rapper Kevin Federline had been scheduled to appear before a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, reportedly in connection with emergency custody arrangements involving the couple’s two sons. But the hearing was canceled after Britney went back to Promises. According to TMZ.com, sources say K-Fed is deeply concerned about his estranged wife and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. Extra also is reporting that “this stint in rehab is Brit’s last chance in the battle for custody of her two young boys; if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, which is estimated to be between 30 to 45 days, K-Fed will immediately go to court seeking order will allow him full custody.” Desperate times call for desperate measures. Federline has finally decided to step in and take action, which, in the opinion of most, has been long overdue. Bookmark this Story | Share with a Friend
