Fashion Friendly Tyra Banks
Taking full advantage of the Mercedes-Benz New York City Fashion Week, Tyra Banks was spotted getting ready to film a segment for her daytime talk show in the Big Apple yesterday.
The Victoria’s Secret beauty set up camp at the Fashion Week tents at Bryant Park, and even invited fans into a fashion show, giving them special “Tyra” gift bags.
And it sounds like Tyra is planning a new reality show based in the world of fashion magazines. According to a source, the series will be “The Devil Wears Prada” meets “The Assistant.”
Producer Ken Mok says the show is about aspiring assistants looking to become assistant editors at a fashion magazine. He told press, “At the same time they’re trying to prove themselves as aspiring fashionistas, that they have a sense of style and savvyness, all the things to make it in the fashion world.”
