Family, Friends Gather for Natasha Richardson’s Funeral
Paying their final respects, family and friends gathered together for Natasha Richardson’s funeral at St. Peter’s Church in Millbrook, New York on Sunday (March 22).
Still in shock over the sudden loss, Natahsa’s husband Liam Neeson joined their sons, Micheal and Daniel, as well as her mother Vanessa Redgrave and sister Joely Richardson for the day’s proceedings.
Also in attendance on what was a sunny, yet cold, spring day were big-screen stars including Uma Thurman, Meryl Streep, Ralph Fiennes and Holly Hunter.
According to People magazine reports, the ceremony lasted a little more than an hour - with Neeson and the family driving to a nearby cemetery, where the burial took place under a large green tent.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Natasha, 45, passed away on March 18 as a result of internal brain bleeding following a skiing accident in Canada.
