Evan Rachel Wood’s “Woody Project”
When it comes to scoring the ultimate acting gig, most actors and actresses dream of working with Woody Allen. And Evan Rachel Wood is realizing that dream.
The “Across the Universe” actress was spotted out in New York City yesterday in the neighborhood of Chelsea as she shot scenes for Allen’s yet-untitled romantic comedy.
Along with Wood, those starring in what’s currently being called “Woody Allen’s Summer Project” include Seinfeld creator/star of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” Larry David, Ed Begley Jr., and Patricia Clarkson.
The “Thirteen” actress recently lamented the public’s mistaking her name. She said, “People always call out, ‘Hi Rachel.’ I hate it. I’m not Rachel. That’s my middle name. They’re all dyslexic. Can’t they see Evan comes before Rachel?”
