Eva Mendes Bans Father
There’s been a lot of buzz about the upcoming film “We Own the Night,” and much of that is due to the steamy sex scene between Eva Mendes and Joaquin Phoenix. But Eva is banning her father from seeing it.
Eva, a former aspiring nun and Catholic schoolgirl, has cited her upbringing for her shyness on screen. She even had to have a few cocktails before filming the nudity-laden sequence.
"I was cringing the entire time we were shooting it. I was scared about doing it and I’m still like, ‘Oh my God, Dad cannot see this movie, Dad cannot see this movie! He would be mortified if he saw it,” she told press.
Rest assured guys. As long as you’re not the father of the Latina hottie, you’re more than welcome to rush out to theaters this October 12th to see her bare all on a screen that is larger-than-life.
