Ellen Pompeo: Preggers Pretty

She’ll be welcoming her baby sometime this fall, and yesterday (September 4) Ellen Pompeo looked to have her hands full as she left her Los Angeles home.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” hottie carried an armful of items to her car, looking beautiful in a black maternity dress with a matching jacket and a pair of sandals as she headed off for lunch with friends at a local Chinese eatery.

In related news, Ellen’s costar Katherine Heigl has just announced that she’ll be taking a five-episode hiatus from “Grey’s” to film a new movie called “Life As We Know It.”

Although the reason sounds legit, Heigl may be using the break as a way to gradually distance herself from the show, on her way to calling it quits altogether.
