Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi: Wedding Day Bliss
It was the day they’ve both been awaiting for quite some time now, and on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon (August 16) Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi exchanged their marital vows.
“Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were married tonight in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles,” the couples’ spokesperson told People magazine.
According to insiders on-hand, the tight-knit ceremony was attended by only about 20 guests or so, with Ellen and Portia posing for pictures with Ellen’s mom and their dogs, capturing what was an oh-so-special moment.
“They were hugging and kissing, and looked ecstatic,” an onlooker tells Us magazine. “Ellen was helping Portia with the train of her dress, which looked like a Cinderella tutu.”
