Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi: Madeo Mates

Celebrating the weekend’s arrival with a dinner date, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were spotted out at Madeo restaurant last night (March 6).

The talk show queen and her “Arrested Development” wife looked to be having a marvelous time at the swanky West Los Angeles eatery, smiling ear to ear as they made their exit.

Up next for DeGeneres is a return to the world of animated feature film, as she’ll be voicing a character in the upcoming Warner Bros. flick “Dog Show.”

While any news of a plotline is being kept under wraps, sources have revealed that the story centers on a stray dog and her misfit friends who shake up the purebred world of a Westminster-like dog show.
