Elizabeth Hurley’s Bikini Son Gets Criticism
Everyone’s got his or her own take on this one. Apparently Elizabeth Hurley brought in the help of her young son Damian for a new advertisement for her swimwear line.
The problem? She dressed him in a pink bikini and sunglasses. And some people are very angry about the actress’ decision to dress her son in drag.
Naysayers are claiming that she was “exploiting her child for financial gain.” But others claim there’s a bigger issue at hand. “Imagine the teasing he could suffer at school. Why would any parent do this to their child?” asked an observer.
It seems that the variety of opinions expressed over Hurley’s decision aren’t going to be satisfied any time soon. She is continuing to promote her swimwear line, and consumers are continuing to buy it.
Maybe it’s time to worry about something a little more pressing. Try world hunger.
