Elisha Cuthbert’s Romantic Hawaiian Holiday

She has a sexy photo spread in the new issue of Maxim and yesterday Elisha Cuthbert gave beachgoers in Hawaii an up-close look at her perky bikini bod.

The “24” actress is enjoying a romantic Hawaiian holiday with her new boyfriend, Calgary Flames stud Dion Phaneuf.  What is it with Hollywood actresses and hockey players?

According to onlookers, the “Old School” babe and her Canadian beau couldn’t keep their hands off of each other as they frolicked in the ocean and enjoyed the sunshine.

Cuthbert sported a playful dark blue two-piece swimsuit (she had noticeable trouble avoiding a wardrobe malfunction as the crashing waves tried to take off her top), while her man got ‘80s retro in a pink and blue pair of boardshorts.
