Elisabetta Canalis: Marvelous in Milan

Gaining attention after hooking up with George Clooney, Elisabetta Canalis has become the envy of women around the world after nabbing the hunky “Ocean’s Eleven” hunk.

The brunette beauty was spotted out yesterday (October 21), looking lovely as she picked up her dog from a vet’s office in Milan, Italy.

And while there are many doubters when it comes to a long term romance between Canalis and Clooney, George’s pal Cindy Crawford is happy the two are together.

She tells HELLO! that Elisabetta is “really sweet,” and says the gorgeous couple are “having fun.”
