Drew Barrymore: Toronto Film Festival Flirt
She’s been on a non-stop press tour for her new movie “Whip It” and last night (September 13) Drew Barrymore premiered the film at the Toronto International Film Festival.
The “Charlie’s Angels” babe looked lovely as she posed for the paparazzi along with Ellen Page and Kristen Wiig outside the Ryerson Theatre.
As for the film’s soundtrack, Drew said she absolutely loved getting to hand pick the songs that made the cut, including some material from ex-boyfriend Fab Moretti’s new band.
“What was so exciting was to finally get to make a film that I could make an ultimate mixtape for and put the two together. It was sort of waiting my whole life, incubating, and I finally got to make them together… I’m really excited to bring that music to people.”
“Most of the people who are on this soundtrack are friends, people we took the time to go to personally and ask them if they would associate themselves with the movie, or people that we discovered that we can’t wait to get to know. It’s really interesting to have such personal relationships with everyone.”
