DJ AM Spins at Foxtail, Files Lawsuit
Getting warmed up for his New Year’s Eve gig with Travis Barker, Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein was spotted on his way to a deejay gig at Foxtail nightclub in West Hollywood last night (December 23).
Still building up his stamina following a near-fatal plane crash, the celebrity deejay looked a bit worn out as he made his way inside the Los Angeles hotspot, looking cool and casual in a black button-up, jeans, and Nike sneakers.
Speaking of that fateful plane crash, it has just been announced that Goldstein has become the final passenger aboard the flight to file a lawsuit blaming the pilots and faulty equipment for the fatal crash.
The lawsuit, filed yesterday (December 23), alleges that the two pilots were negligent when they aborted the takeoff during the September 19th crash, and caused the plane to overrun the runway.
“The pilots were either poorly trained and/or failed to follow their training,” reads the lawsuit, which also claims the plane was “defective, not fit for its intended purposes and unreasonably dangerous.”
