DJ AM Death: Suicide or Accident?
Police continue to probe the death of Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein’s death, and now there is speculation that he may have taken his own life.
According to a report, Goldstein ingested eight OxyContin pills, with a ninth in his mouth at the time of his death. An inside source told press, “He wanted to die. He was going unconscious when he took the last one. He didn’t even swallow it.”
In addition, police found a crack pipe next to Adam’s body with crack cocaine lying underneath him. “[He] smoked a lot of crack, barricaded the doors and killed himself.”
Lending more credence to the theory, authorities found a Valentine’s Day card from Adam’s ex-girlfriend Haley Wood in the next room along with pictures of the then-happy couple. Goldstein was said to have taken his breakup with Miss Wood quite hard.
