Dita Von Teese Loves Jean Paul Gaulthier
She definitely has her own unique style, and yesterday (September 30) Dita Von Teese was spotted checking out all of the action at Paris Fashion Week in Paris, France.
The burlesque queen looked to be having a marvelous time at the Jean Paul Gaultier Spring/Summer 2009 show, sporting a grey tweed jacket/skirt combo overtop a black see-through top.
Designer Jean Paul Gaultier told press that his clothes only truly come to life when someone puts them on. “Movement is crucial. For me clothes on a hanger are just a still life.”
He even employed three dancers to close the show. “Dancers have a very interesting relationship with clothes…they have a way of appropriating them and giving them a different dimension.”
