Dina Lohan Takes Shot At Mama Spears

Lindsay Lohan’s mom Dina is in the news again.  Lohan senior has been openly criticized for allowing her daughter to be a wackjob and she’s had enough. 

In April’s Harper’s Bazaar (Bizarre), Dina responds to the critique that she enables her daughter’s crazy lifestyle.  Then she goes a step further- attempting to tackle the Britney Spears debacle.  Sure, Brit and Lindsay have been known to party into the wee hours of the morning, but does Dina really need to dish?

Surprisingly, it’s Mama Spears that gets reprimanded by the mother of the Mean Girls star.  “I don’t know her mom. But I love this kid, and I feel so badly for her because I’m a mom. The girl is a beautiful kid. She married some guy just to get out of the limelight. Cut her some slack. Her mother, I’m surprised she didn’t come forward. I’m not gonna sit back and go, You’re gonna trash my kid? If my daughter was in high school, I would be at the principal’s office. Hello?”

When asked about her family crisis, Dina made no apologies and blamed the critics for putting forward a misleading picture.

“We’re just so misunderstood. My sons are in sports; my daughters want to be actors. I was in the business, and I’m going to help them. You don’t like that? I’m living the American dream,” she affirmed.
