Diddy Lays Into Naomi Campbell At Dupri’s Party

The Grammy after-party scene always seems to deliver some interesting stories. This year has been no different. At Jermaine Dupri’s Grammy after-party, Diddy apparently had a nasty confrontation with Naomi Campbell, according to a witness from the NY Daily News.

The shindig took place after Clive Davis’ annual party, in the wee hours of the morning. “Diddy just started screaming at her when he saw her,” the Daily News reported. “No one could believe it. He was screaming obscenities at her, and also screaming at Terrence Howard, who was with her.”

Apparently Campbell brushed off Diddy’s rants. “Naomi played it totally cool,” noted the party guest.

Another source told the Daily News that “while the two used to enjoy a flirtatious friendship, their relationship soured under the influence of Diddy’s baby-mama.”

“Kim Porter hates her,” the insider revealed. “There was also an issue that Diddy had wanted her to be the face of Sean John’s women’s line - but didn’t want to pay her.”

Meanwhile, a third insider added: “Naomi’s circle of friends have been trying to help her get her life straight. But they feel all they’ve done has been in vain and she’s constantly causing trouble. She’s been a disloyal friend.”

So far there is mostly speculation as for the true reason for Diddy’s blowup. Maybe its a combination of everything mixed with a little alcohol and a long evening. Fortunately enough, the problem seems to have ended shortly thereafter.
