Dev Patel: “Slumdog” Star On-The-Go

Pulling his luggage behind him, “Slumdog Millionaire” star Dev Patel touched down at London’s Heathrow Airport aearlier today (February 4).

Following a stay in New York City, Dev has returned to the UK briefly before heading back out to Los Angeles for the Academy Awards on February 22.

Aside from his “Slumdog” duties, the growingly popular actor has just announced that he’ll be starring in a new M. Night Shyamalan film called “Airbender”.

Patel ended up getting the role after “Jesse McCartney bowed out due to a scheduling conflict between his musical career and the martial arts training camp required before the film starts shooting in March,” Variety reports.
