Denise Richards Fires Back At Charlie Sheen

Divorce is such a messy situation.  Especially if there are kids involved.  Denise Richards recently issued a retort to Charlie Sheen’s comments that she ruined his trip to the beach with their two daughters.

Sheen told press that his attempt at having a nice relaxing afternoon at the Malibu beach was trampled by Richard’s assistant’s presence.  Charlie said that he and fiancée Brooke Mueller were following the rules and conducting a court-ordered supervised visit with the two kids.  But having the assistant there killed the mood.

And Denise is angry.  The Wild Things star says that she and her ex-husband agreed to keep private things private.  And he’s doing nothing of the sort.

She told press, “I was disappointed to learn of my ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s current statement regarding our personal affairs.  This was and should still be a private matter that we, as responsible parents, settled privately.  I stand by that agreement and I will continue to do what is best for our children while attempting to keep this family situation a private matter.”
