Denise Richards Finds Love After Richie

If you’ve yet to hear the news, actress Denise Richards and rocker Richie Sambora have broken up after a year-long relationship.

Richards, 36, and Sambora, 47, started dating back in April of 2006, just a few months after filing for divorce from their respective spouses, Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear.

When Denise and Richie went public with their romance, a huge controversy ensued - because Richards had been close friends with Locklear. Trying to ease over the situation, Richards insisted her friendship with the Melrose Place actress had fizzled out before she starting dating Sambora.

Though the news of Richie and Denise’s split has just started making headlines, Richards’ rep says, “Denise and Richie broke up two months ago.”

So what’s next for Denise? Well, for now it looks as if she’s content pouring her love on a smaller object of affection.
