Courtney Love: Sued by American Express

Most of her life has been a series of ups and downs, and now Courtney Love has hit yet another lowpoint- she’s being sued by American Express.

The credit card company is seeking an unpaid balance of over $350,000 from the “Celebrity Skin” songstress, and they filed a lawsuit in an effort to collect.

Miss Love reportedly “failed and refused” to make payments on her AmEx Gold Card, racking up quite a line of purchases.

The U.S. District Court will be handling the lawsuit, which is the second one this year for Courtney.  In February she was sued for libel for making defamatory comments about a fashion designer on her Twitter page.
