Courtney Cox’s Expanding Family Ambitions

Juggling a successful career in the entertainment industry with the demands of being a full-time parent is often a problem for Hollywood’s elite, however it appears that Courteney Cox has been able to find and maintain that delicate balance.

Courteney’s latest project Dirt has continued to find success on the FX channel with its second season kicking off last Saturday and it now appears that the former Friends actress plans on focusing her energies on expanding her family with David Arquette.

With a medical history that involves a failed pregnancy, Courteney knows that she would be a high risk pregnancy. “I do want to have another one. I don’t know how to achieve that at my age, but I would like to have one more,” she tells.

According to friends of the couple, Courteney and David have been considering adoption in light of the potential problems with a natural pregnancy, but they are definitely committed to adding to their family. When asked his feeling regarding adoption, David replied, “We would adopt in a second.”
