Charlie Sheen Racks Up Three Charges

Arriving for his court appearance in Aspen, CO, Charlie Sheen was spotted heading into the courthouse on Monday (February 8).

The “Spin City” actor is there in correlation of his Christmas Day arrest after allegedly holding a knife to wife Brooke Mueller's throat.

Three criminal charges were filed against Charlie Sheen including felony menacing misdemeanors, 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

According to TMZ, Sheen did not enter a plea. The judge also relaxed the protective order so Sheen can communicate with Mueller, but is not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms.
